ANALISIS PENGARUH BELANJA DAERAH, SISA LEBIH PERHITUNGAN ANGGARAN (SiLPA) DAN INVESTASI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DAERAH (Studi Kasus Pada 38 Kabupaten/Kota Di Provinsi Jawa Timur Tahun 2010-2014)

Abstract

Economic growth is a  measure that is used to view the results of the performance of local government decentralization. Economic growth on this study is proxied by regional economic growth that means with the highest economic development can make the regional economic growth highest. Factors that have an influence on economic growth is the government expenditure, budget deficit, and investment that managed by the local government. This study aims to examine the government expenditure, budget deficit, and investment that effect the regional economic growth by using multiple linier regression and panel data. The result of the study for this model shows that government expenditure and investment are significantlly affecting the regional economic growth, while budget deficit is not affecting the regional economic growth. This study is expecting to give the important information for the local government, especially the cities/districts as a case study on this research.
