Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Pelatihan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan Kopi Racer Pasuruan)
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh variabel Kompensasi dan Pelatihan secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan pada Kopi Racer Pasuruan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada seluruh karyawan Kopi Racer Pasuruan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 47 karyawan. Data dianalisis menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi dan pelatihan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Kopi Racer Pasuruan. Kompensasi dan pelatihan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Kopi Racer Pasuruan. Seluruh variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh dengan arah positif dan kontribusi terbesar bersumber dari kompensasi.
