PERENCANAAN IMPLEMENTASI METODE JUST IN TIME (JIT) BERDASARKAN PENJADWALAN WAKTU DENGAN METODE CPM DAN PERT PENGERJAAN GEDUNG FOODCOURT PACET (Studi pada CV An-Nur Malang)

Abstract

The aim of this study is to plan purchasing material requirement by Just In Time while building project Foodcourt Pacet Mojokerto regency by CV An-Nur as contractor. Just In time as a method is considered by scheduling of building this project  that used Critical Path Methods(CPM) and Project Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) to analyse the activity that makes a critical path during the building process. The method used in this research is a case study that refers to the opinion of Uma Sekaran. The data used are secondary data obtained from CV An-Nur as a contractor. Data used include Budget Plan, Labor Wage Data, Data Contractual and Material.Hasil Price Data from this study indicate activities that are on the critical path, among others, Job Preparation, Reinforced Concrete Works Floor 1 and 2, Floor Spouse Employment 2, job roof, Work sky - sky 2nd floor, Electrical Work floors 1 and 2, Paintwork floors 1 and 2, Pavingstone Couples, Couples Grassblock, Wildlife Works, Works Signageboard. With time probability calculations optimistic, pessimistic, and most likely on the critical path can be resolved faster or slower 1.25 days. By scheduling the work with both methods, can be made a day completion target to determine the volume of purchases per day.
