FORMULASI STRATEGI PADA CHAMPION FUTSAL TLOGOMAS MALANG
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisis kondisi lingkungan bisnis Champion Futsal Tlogomas dan melakukan formulasi strategi pada Champion Futsal Tlogomas.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Champion Futsal Tlogomas dengan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif untuk menjelaskan data penelitian dan mendeskripsikan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, dan Studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis matriks EFE dan Matriks IFE, Matriks SWOT, Matriks SPACE, Matriks IE.
Hasil penelitian dari analisis lingkungan dan formulasi strategi pada Champion Futsal Tlogomas ditemukan tiga alternatif strategi yang bisa digunakan oleh Champion Futsal Tlogomas diantaranya strategi pengembangan produk, strategi pengembangan pasar,dan strategi penetrasi pasar. Berdasarkan analisis matriks perencanaan strategi kuantitatif (QSPM) maka strategi yang lebih tepat digunakan oleh Champion Futsal Tlogomas adalah strategi penetrasi pasar.
