PENGARUH PERCEIVED RISK DAN PERCEIVED QUALITY TERHADAP MINAT BELI KEMBALI KONSUMEN ZALORA DI KOTA MALANG
Abstract
     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel  perceived risk terhadap minat beli kembali konsumen Zalora di Kota Malang dan pengaruh perceived quality terhadap minat beli kembali konsumen Zalora di Kota Malang. Penelitian menjelaskan tentang adanya pengaruh variabel perceived risk dan perceived quality terhadap minat beli kembali.
     Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori dengan menggunakan metode survei.  Populasi  pada penelitian  ini  adalah  warga Kota  Malang  yang pernah melakukan transaksi di Zalora dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 130 responden.  Alat  pengumpulan  data  yang digunakan  adalah  kuesioner  dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda.
      Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  baik  perceived  risk  maupun perceived quality keduanya memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli kembali.
