Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alokasi Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDes) untuk masyarakat marginal di Desa kerkep dan desa Sukorejo Kecamatan Gurah Kabupaten Kediri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif yang menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan data primer melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa alokasi APBDes untuk masyarakat marginal di Desa Kerkep dan Desa Sukorejo dilakukan dengan cara transparansi, partisipasi, akuntabilitas, serta tertib dan disiplin anggaran. Bentuk alokasi untuk masyarakat marginal di kedua Desa tersebut yaitu berupa alokasi secara langsung dan tidak langsung.
