MINAT KARYAWAN TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN SISTEM PENGGAJIAN BERBASIS IT (STUDI EMPIRIS DI UNIVERSITAS BRAWIJAYA)

Abstract

Minat Karyawan Terhadap Sistem Penggajian Berbasis It (Studi Empiris Di Universitas Brawijaya). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat karyawan dalam menggunakan sistem penggajian berbasis IT dengan menggunakan model Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT) yang dikembangkan oleh Everett M. Rogers pada tahun 1962, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang dikemukakan Davis pada tahun 1989. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey untuk memperoleh data. Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 136 responden, yaitu karyawan bagian keuangan diseluruh fakultas dan rektorat Universitas Brawijaya Malang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konstruk persepsi kesesuaian (compability) dan pengamatan (observability) berpengaruh terhadap minat karyawan dalam menggunakan sistem penggajian berbasis IT. Dalam menerapkan sebuah sistem penggajian berbasis IT sebaiknya memperhatikan faktor kesesuaian antara sistem yang diterapkan dengan kebutuhan dan memperhatikan faktor pengamatan agar hasil dan manfaat dari penggunaan sistem tersebut dapat dirasakan oleh pengguna.
