IDENTIFIKASI MODAL (SOSIAL, ALAM, FINANSIAL, FISIK DAN MANUSIA) PADA DUSUN WISATA SADE DI KABUPATEN LOMBOK TENGAH

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi beberapa aset penghidupan di salah satu dusun yang menjadi obyek wisata yang berbasis budaya. Aset penghidupan merupakan beberapa modal yang digunakan untuk mempertahankan dan melangsungkan kehidupan agar berkelanjutan. Aset penghidupan meliputi  modal sosial, modal alam, modal finansial, modal fisik, dan modal manusia. Selain mengidentifikasi kelima modal, penelitian ini juga melihat bagaimana karakter dari lima modal tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif terhadap data hasil observasi, survey lokasi, dan kuisioner wawancara mendalam. Variabel untuk menilai kondisi aset penghidupan meliputi modal sosial, modal finansial, modal alam, modal fisik dan modal manusi.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aset tertinggi yang dimiliki oleh Dusun Sade adalah Modal Sosial, diikuti Modal Alam, kemudian Modal Manusia, Modal Fisik dan yang terakhir Modal Finansial.
