PENGARUH DESENTRALISASI FISKAL TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DAERAH DI KABUPATEN/KOTA PROVINSI PAPUA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh desentralisasi fiskal yang diukur melalui indikator penerimaan, indikator pengeluaran, dan indikator otonomi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan menghasilkan model yang terbaik yaitu Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan desentralisasi fiskal yang diukur melalui indikator penerimaan berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah. Sedangkan untuk desentralisasi fiskal yang diukur melalui indikator pengeluaran dan indikator otonomi memiliki hasil yang sama yakni tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan ke pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Papua.
