FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA UMKM (STUDI KASUS INDUSTRI KERIS DI DESA AENG TONGTONG KABUPATEN SUMENEP)

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja umkm (studi kasus industri keris di Desa Aeng Tongtong Kabupaten Sumenep). Penelitian ini menggunakan sumberdaya berwujud, sumberdaya tidak berwujud dan kemampuan sebagai variabel independent, dan kinerja sebagai variabel dependent. Penelitian ini memiliki populasi sebanyak 487 sedangkan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan software Eviews 7. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumberdaya berwujud, sumberdaya tidak berwujud dan kemampuan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja umkm. Hal ini sesuai dengan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian.
