PENGARUH FINANCIAL ATTITUDE DAN FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE TERHADAP PERSONAL FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT BEHAVIOR PADA PEGAWAI DIREKTORAT JENDERAL PERBENDAHARAAN
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial attitude dan financial
knowledge terhadap personal financial management behavior. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 99
responden pegawai Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan
regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial
attitude dan financial knowledge berpengaruh signifikan terhadap personal financial
management behavior. Koefisien determinasi dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan variasi
personal financial management behavior yang ditentukan oleh financial attitude dan financial
knowledge cukup rendah. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pegawai Direktorat Jenderal
Perbendaharaan tetap menjaga dan mengevaluasi secara berkala personal financial
management behavior sehingga tidak menimbulkan masalah kesulitan keuangan di masa
depan.
