Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip Good Corporate Governance terhadap pelaksanaan program Corporate Social Responsibility. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa implementasi Good Corporate Governance di PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur sudah berjalan dengan baik serta menunjukkan peranan penting pada program Corporate Social Responsibility. Selain itu, pada pelaksanaan program Corporate Social Responsibility yang diimplementasikan melalui Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan telah berpedoman dan mematuhi aturan yang berlaku, baik peraturan dari pemerintah maupun pertauran internal perusahaan.
