ANALISIS KENAIKAN TARIF AIR PDAM KABUPATEN LAMONGAN TAHUN 2013
Abstract
Penelitian  ini  bertujuan untuk mengetahui  faktor-faktor  yang mempengaruhi kebijakan  penyesuaian  tarif  air,  mekanisme  dan  perhitungan  tarif  air,  serta  untuk mengetahui  kontribusi  penyesuaian  tarif  kepada  peningkatan  pendapatan  pada PDAM.  Obyek  penelitian  ini  adalah  PDAM  Kabupaten  Lamongan  Tahun  2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan single case  study.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  penyesuaian  tarif  air  disebabkan karena  kenaikan  biaya  produksi,  penghapusan  utang,  dan  peningkatan  pelayanan. Mekanisme penyesuaian  tarif berdasarkan pada Permendagri nomor 23 Tahun 2006 tentang pedoman  teknis dan  tata cara pengaturan air minum pada perusahaan daerah air minum. Kenaikan  tarif  dasar  sebesar  42% mengakibatkan  kenaikan  pendapatan penjualan air sebesar 32%.
