ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PENGADAAN FASILITAS MEDIS DAN OBAT-OBATAN (STUDI KASUS PADA RSUD LAWANG KABUPATEN MALANG)
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas sistem pengadaan fasilitas medis dan obat-obatan pada RSUD Lawang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data primer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan berdasarkan pada indikator tujuan yang tercantum pada Perpres No. 54 tahun 2010 pasal 107. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh pengadaan yang dilakukan dapat dikatakan cukup efektif, yang ditunjukkan: 1) transparansi dalam pengadaan RSUD Lawang sudah terpenuhi dengan baik, 2) sudah memenuhi akses pasar dan persaingan yang sehat, 3) proses pengadaan telah efisien, 4) sistem yang digunakan mendukung monitoring dan audit, 5) kebutuhan akses informasi yang realtime.
