ANALISIS EFISIENSI INDUSTRI GULA MERAH TEBU (STUDI PADA DESA DUKUH KECAMATAN NGADILUWIH KABUPATEN KEDIRI)

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis efisiensi industri gula merah tebu pada Desa Dukuh Kecamatan Ngadiluwih Kabupaten Kediri dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi. Perhitungan efisiensi dan faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi menggunakan variabel bahan baku, jumlah pekerja, modal, kapasitas mesin dan musim. Perhitungan efisiensi menggunakan metode DEA dan regresi linier berganda dari fungsi cobb-douglas untuk mengetahui faktor produksi yang mempengaruhi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata efisiensi industri gula merah tebu pada Desa Dukuh kategori baik dan variabel yang signifikan mempengaruhi produksi adalah bahan baku, jumlah pekerja dan kapasitas mesin..
